Roman Ramen

Tried this place out on a whim as I love ramen but haven't been able to find a reliable source since I moved here. Unfortunately, this ramen was not the best. We ordered the classic shrimp miso and 3 Rivers varieties. The miso is the one pictured below. The shrimp was cooked well, but the broth was overly salty, and everything was served at best luke warm. Hard boiled eggs and broccoli toppings were both served cold. The tonkatsu broth on the 3 Rivers was bland, and also luke warm. Chicken and pork toppings were dry. While the noodle cook was good, the toppings and broth were not enough to save the bowls overall, and neither one of us finished dinner. Also, I know they're new and probably still working on getting everything together, but the menu was extremely limited - some sort of appetizer would have been greatly appreciated. We won't be returning, but we wish them all the best of luck- the staff was very nice.

They have two vegan options. I got the Classic Vegan Ramen. The tofu was lightly seasoned. The veggies were great. They were very crisp and added crunch to the dish. The broth was very mild in flavor. The service was quick.

I ordered a classic bowl of Ramen. My husband ordered the spicy Squak Bok version. It was good. It was simple but good. $15 a bowl but some Ramen is better than no Ramen and we’ve waited a long time…the restaurant is very basic with small chairs and tables - more for lunch or a quick bite - it’s not fancy but I’d go back for sure.

We were so excited to get a ramen restaurant and could not wait to try it. Definitely lived up to the hype! Great atmosphere, delicious food, and wonderful service! We loved it and our 11 month old even loved it!

My wife and I just ate here for the first time and we really loved it!! I got the Shoyu Bowl and my wife got the Tonkotsu Bowl. The bowls were huge and delicious! I think this is a fun new offer for Rome and I would definitely recommend stopping by!
