    Tried in 2017 and 2018 from the truck at the Going Caching event. It was hyped up and I do love grilled cheese sandwiches, however the offerings at these trucks were disappointing. Butter, bread, and cheese put together ahead of time and kept in a cooler. Selection on the truck was...ordinary both years except the mac and cheese sandwich, but even then it wasn't done well. We didn't expect that from a truck specializing in grilled cheese. I understand the wait and when the result is stellar, I don't mind. Bread cooks faster when it's not cold and softened butter goes on quicker and more evenly.
