(August 17, 2019, 5:04 am)We were the only diners the night we went. Having a craving for basic Mexican food, this place took care of those cravings. I had the enchiladas supreme with the mole sauce on the side. She ordered the super chimichanga, being 2 big chimichangas, one chicken and one beef. The enchiladas supreme was 4 enchiladas(beef, bean, chicken and cheese). Topped with lettuce and sour cream. Basic, tasty, very reasonably priced with big portions. Enjoy!

(August 16, 2019, 7:07 pm)We've been going to El Porton for 11 years and we are sad to say that the food quality has gone down over the last year and we only go once in a great while now. The main reason we go is the wait staff, other than that there are other mexican restaurants locally that offer better value. We think that the management cost cutting has seriously hurt quality.

(April 7, 2019, 6:04 pm)Our server Dakota was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Tamale deluxe and my son got the steak tacos. Both were delicious. Also the guacamole that the server makes at the table was fantastic.
