(August 14, 2019, 9:05 pm)I go to this Dunkin Donuts at least 4 times a week I spend about $5 every day or 9 on certain days for me and my coworker a coffee well today I went through the drive-through got may I coffee like I normally do would not accept the coupon because I got a large iced coffee mocha latte. The coupon did not say I could not order a large latte the only thing I could not order for this coupon was a cold brew. The lady at the window she might be the manager she's a bigger woman did not even want to look at the coupon she just barely looked at it and said I couldn't accept it because I got a large iced coffee latte. The $2 off coupon does not say anything about it either she needs to learn to look at her coupons and not be rude to people or she will start losing a lot of customers I work in the same industry of food service and you have no right to be that way to your customers
