McDonald's

Slow, understaffed, don't know how to count, literally set and made me wait for two cheeseburgers. At least the food always turns out correct and the staff is semi friendly they always seem to have a negative attitude there maybe not in what they say but body language is everything. When you look slumped over at the register and you take 10 minutes to count $3 in quarters. And it seems like they're hard at hearing it took me repeating my order three times before the one understood what I was saying and I am fairly easy to understand I've never had anyone tell me I have an accent or it's hard to hear you or anything like that I'm very vocal I talk a lot and I talk clearly maybe it's because I talk so clearly and so fast that people aren't used to it maybe they're used to mumble. Idk

Last time I went to this McDonald's the gentleman that helped me was very helpful. Took the time to explain the menu and talk about the savings I could get utilizing the online app and various in store discounts. Really appreciated the great customer service!
