Good food.lots of meat choices. Decent prices. Their hilarious meat commercials convinced me to try them again.
The Arby's location on Windward is for the most part like other Arby's however here it smells bad like old grease.
Walking in there is a very overwhelming smell that actually sticks with you quite a while after.
The food comes out pretty OK - nothing to complain. Service is fast and friendly.
This Arby's is excellent. Every time I have been there, the restaurant is clean, the food is quickly prepared, and the food is fresh. Love It!
Doesn't quite live up to their new standards. I got the pizza slider (normally steamed bun, hot pepperoni and salami hanging out on all sides, and a slice of cheese), but here the bun was straight from the package, the meats were folded and barely warm, and there wasn't any cheese. Other ordered items were similarly not up to standards. Very disappointing. Maybe that's why this store is never crowded. And I was just beginning to like Arby's new menu again. I'll avoid this store, but won't give up on the chain yet.
At age 51, I remember the original Arby's. And, quite frankly, Arby's didn't innovate and their store got old and I had not bee to an Arby's in more than 30 years. Until recently, I watched all of the commercials about the new Arby's but just couldn't get past the old memory enough to want to go try them out again. Well, about 8 months ago, I finally decided to stop at an Arby's and order a Traditional Greek Gyro Combo. It was excellent. Furthermore, I noticed how much pride the Arby's employees seemed to take in assembling the sandwich and wrapping it carefully etc. It was artisan-like. Since then, I've probably eaten at an Arby's at least once per month if not more often than that. And every time I go, the food quality is excellent and prepared well and with care and the customer service is excellent. The primary location I go to is on Windward Pkwy by Walmart and these guys are the best. Honestly, for the variety and quality of Arby's menu coupled with very reasonable prices, I think Arby's is my new favorite fast food restaurant. I can't wait to try more of their sandwiches. If you haven't been to Arby's in a long time, you really owe it to yourself to go. You won't be disappointed.
