Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q

So impressed with my experience at this new Jim N Nick's location on Windward. We were anxiously awaiting the opening of this location, as we live nearby. I ordered in the drive-thru and had the sweetest girls (Alanah and Bre) take my order. I had my dog in the car and they were so incredibly sweet to him as well, and offered him dog treats, which he quickly accepted. Everyone that I came in contact with in the drive-thru was SO incredibly kind and really appeared to be happy to be working. It's tough to find that these days. The food was delicious & my order was perfect, plus getting food in the drive thru was so much quicker and easier than I expected. We will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend to others!!!

Good atmosphere, extremely overstaffed which made for better service but more chaotic, assuming because it's new. Little on pricey side of things, but food was excellent so can't complain really there. My sandwich did arrive to me with no sauce. So had to ask for some (30 second wait at most). The bun did get soggy really quick, so I ended up eatting half my sandwich without it( recommend toasting slightly maybe )
Didn't like being asked for a tip before any food or service is given. Especially when options are 18%-20% for an 18 dollar meal. Ordered cheese biscuits (delicious) for our table due to being unaware each our meals came with one.
Wasn't sure what to do if I wanted a beer with my meal, no real waitress/waiter, which highly deterred me from having one. Little confusing with so many employees walking around and didn't want to have to charge my card again and probably be asked for yet another tip.

Overall speed, food, and employees were all exceptional.

We met John, one of the local owners, in the way in and he gave us the warmest welcome! Each person we met inside was incredibly attentive. Such a nice surprise for a fast, casual concept. As usual, the food was amazing! Nobody makes a better cheese biscuit either. We love that they are here in the neighborhood.

New concept of Jim N Nicks where you order at the counter, pay and then the food is brought to you. However, there was a waiter, and he was super friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere with outdoor patio and walk up bar, indoor has a bar with TVs.

Long time fan of Jim n Nick's - first time at this location. Love the casual dining concept of this location. The food was delicious and on our table within minutes. The staff was super nice and very attentive, from the moment we were greeted at the door and throughout our entire visit. Friendly atmosphere and nicely appointed.
