The Cheesecake Factory

As usual, all the food is amazing. The unlimited bread loaf with butter, are finger-licking good. All their menu is full of deliciousness. All their cheesecake varieties are definitively worth the buck you pay for in taste. The only issue with this one is that their cleanup and table prepping crew is very limited, so there is always a waiting line ever outside of peak hours. Nobody likes waiting to be seated for so long.

Good location, good food, good staff overall. Great cheesecake! Depending on what day and time you go, you can be waiting anywhere from 3 minutes to an hour to be seated. Clean place, clean bathrooms. Seating inside and outside. Gets a little chilly around night time so bring a jacket.

I should know by now that a meal at The Cheesecake Factory is going to take twice as long as it should. Service is consistently slow at all Atlanta-area locations, like they have no idea how to create sections to help servers work more efficiently... or like they never have enough staff for restaurants of that size.

The food was good when it finally got to us. The server was friendly. Really, I have only two major complaints:
1) Time to get service. We had time enough to pick what we wanted to eat, change our minds twice, and nearly walk out in frustration before anyone even stopped for a drink order.
2) We were sat next to the dish pit. The entire meal was nothing but the sound of dishes being dropped off for cleaning and sometimes the sound of dishes breaking. It was impossible to speak with the person I was dining with.

It’s always a bad sign when you have to text across the table to have a conversation.

This was my first time at this location. It has been awhile since I ate there. The food was really good and our server was good as well. It was very packed the day we went and we got a set almost immediately. The only complaint i would say is that the bathroom needed a bit of love. It was not terrible but just a little love. With the amount of people there they should check it more often to make sure that it is in good condition.

Overall the experience was good as usual. We were seated within 5 minutes and the waitress did a good job taking our order. Wait was around 30 minutes, which wasn't bad. I do think this location needs to renovate to keep the brand fresh!
