CRAB404

The food was delicious. I had the crab cake and crab dip for the starter and loved it. For the the entree I tried the fish tacos and was very impressed. Overall the service was incredible as well. I highly recommend.

I saw a post about Crab404 on Instagram and the food looked really good. Decided to bring my girlfriend here for an afternoon lunch date, and well the food was absolutely delicious nothing bad to say about the food whatsoever. Our server was also very attentive maybe not enthusiastic but who cares about that he offered more water more tea and took our plates off our table. The atmosphere during lunch time was also pretty chill no loud crowds or music just a chill environment. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is, for 1 the ratio of food to the price you pay for the plate does not correlate my plate was $32 when I ordered this I was expecting to have leftovers to take home but instead got 1 decent size crab cake about 5 shrimp and 3 small pieces of fish, now the food itself was delicious and I know I know seafood isn’t cheap but that portion of food is not worth $32 I’d be happy paying $20 for its but not $32. So either management should consider giving a bigger portion of food or lowering the price on a lot of their dishes.

I visited Crab404 early on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I was really looking forward to trying out the restaurant after reading all the great reviews.

I opted for the lobster roll and the hush puppies.

The positives:
• The roll was a proper New England split-top roll which was perfectly buttered and grilled.
• There was a decent amount of lobster in the roll with a couple of whole claw pieces.
• The 404 sauce had a nice honey mustard flavor, without being overbearing, though I didn’t use it on the lobster roll.
• Waitstaff was very friendly, quick and helpful.
• The restaurant has a nautical theme and there is a nice sized private party/overfill room in the back.
• Bathrooms were clean

The negatives:
• Lobster was over cooked.
• Hush puppies were very greasy, had little flavor, and were just barely warm when served.

I will say, I’m a New Englander so my lobster roll standards are quite high and unfortunately the offerings at Crab404 just didn’t measure up.

Food was so tasty. I tried lobster roll and it was delicious. Service was friendly as well. Only reason i am giving 4 stars because it's way to expensive for a small roll. Just for that reason i think twice to go back. They should revisit their price policy if they want return customers.
