Divan Restaurant & Hookah Lounge

I was walking by and saw a full parking lot of exotic cars, they caught my attention. Since I like Mediterranean food, I decided to get inside and check it out. Well, the food is surprisingly nice. This food is not very spicy, so in order to taste good it has to be skillfully prepared from perfect ingredients and it was indeed great. I had a duck leg and chicken kebab, both came out perfect. While some people had hookahs, they have good ventilation and I didn't feel any spoke in our room. Also, it's pretty quiet there, people around had no problems talking to each other.

This restaurant was the best I was taking there for my birthday, which is Valentine's Day. The shrimp was cooked to Perfection. The wait staff was very impeccable and their service and taking care of us. The lamb chops are the best I've ever had in my life. I could not say anything bad about it the sauteed spinach with garlic and roma tomatoes were pure perfection. The avocado ice cream for dessert was Magnificent as it was not too sweet, but perfect and everything now, let's get on to the hookah. I don't know what to say to anybody if you are not a hookah smoker or an experienced, hookah, smoker the shisha. Did they use in their hookah will f*** you up. But it is perfection in every sense of the word. Definitely go.

My Company had our Christmas dinner here. It was a really good experience! We had 2 hookahs and they sat us in a private room upstairs. The Hookahs were fun and the drinks were served fast and they were delicious. I ordered the Lamb Chops and had them cooked to medium. My meal was very good! Although I did feel it was all over priced. My meal was around $36. It was good but, it wasn't worth $36. I didn't realize till after my meal my drink was $12, it was tiny. I had 3 of them and although it was good I felt like I wasted my money. The restaurant is in an old house so it was a little awkward to get around inside but they were easy to find. They had fast valet service and it was pretty easy to get in and out. The staff were all very friendly and prompt. Service was great! Overall it was a good experience. I wouldn't go here on the regular but definitely a good place for a special occasion.

Hookah was really good but pricey compared to other places. A small hookah for two people was $35 plus $15 for a refill. The standard prices everywhere else is about $25 plus $10 for a refill. We had French Connections to drink and I feel like they added an extra ingredient bc it wasn’t the French connection I’m used to... the drinks also came as seen in the picture - halfway full and pricier thank other places. We had the lamb chops to share - $56 for 3 but they really give you 4. We ordered them medium well and they came out well done and the potatoes were only semi warm... more on the cold side. I don’t mind paying for good food, good drinks, and a good time. However, I expect certain quality when I do.
