Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

It was cool for the moment. Service could have been better as far as the server that was assigned to our table. Not that many people there, so that wasn't an excuse to use. Food was good though.

A friend and I went for an early on the whim dinner. The presentation of the restaurant was overwhelming, open layout but very cozy. The bread that was brought out with our water was outstanding (added butter and fig preserves) AND they were gluten free! The self serve buffet was full of lovely decadence. I was very impressed with the cheese selections. Once back at the table sides were presented to us-some of the best mashed potatoes I have had in a very long time. Then come the meat servers with different options of beef, lamb, chicken and sausage. My favorite was the ribeye steak followed by the lamb chops. A delightful experience.

The Caesar Salad was as bland as could be. How do you not get caesar salad right? Steamed vegetables were blah, would be more enjoyable if sauteed in olive oil or butter and lightly salted. However, we didn't go for the salad the meats were delicious and seasoned well. Great service although the servers are a little stuffy. Well worth the almost $200 tab.High quality

We have been going here for several years, and it feels like the service has been getting slower each time. The meat options are still good, but it takes awhile for them to be brought around. The cauliflower steak is a great option for vegetarians or people who aren’t feeling steak. There is also the salad bar that has lots of options, like chicken salad and various cheeses. The sides they bring to the table, like Brazilian cheese bread and fried bananas, are delicious! The servers are very courteous, but they may just need more people to bring around the meats.
