Overall fun experience but room for improvement — I think after some time they may work out the kinks you see in new restaurants. Been here twice since they opened. The concept and design is modern Mexican influenced. A lot of adobe, clean lines, authentic blue maize tortillas, etc. Service upstairs at the rooftop is impeccable. The restaurant is hit or miss and 20% gratuity is automatically included. The ambiance is probably the draw here - very well decorated, upbeat music and vibey. The food was not great but beautifully plated and very instagrammable. They made up for it with an impressive mezcal cart. Staff educate you on the history of all the drinks—and you can take scorpion shots with the mezcal. The biggest drawback for me beyond the mediocre food was the $10 valet (when they have a huge lot in front of the entrance easily situated for self parking). I pay the $10 (they collect in *advance*); my group joins me later at the bar and everyone tells me they were charged varying amounts for valet. That was bizarre & a little off putting given there were no contingencies that needed different amounts of attention/cost. Then ahead of the restaurant closing, the valet stand guy comes back and hands us our keys and says they’re leaving early. So we run out in the rain to collect our own cars that we paid for them to valet in advance at whatever price they wanted to name. Ultimately I’d still recommend this restaurant- just come after dinner for the mezcal, ambiance and rooftop. And remember to Uber.

First time here but definitely not the last.

Great drinks and service on the rooftop! Awesome place to meet friends or a date night.

The food was great. Not the place you come to if you’re looking for a plate full of food but for the rest of us, the portions are great and flavorful.

The service all around was great!

You will need to valet park your vehicle so come prepared to pay and LEAVE A TIP! (Don’t be cheap!)

Amazing food experience and great drinks. Owners and staff are on point and beyond. Great dining room and beautiful in-out rooftop bar. Our corporate event for 20 people went perfect, will be back soon!

I’ve gone multiple times since they opened and every time has been fantastic. The food and drinks are incredible but what really sets it apart is the ambiance and vibes. The rooftop is perfect for drinks with a view and great music. Highly recommended!

A high end Spanish dinning experience, everything we had was spectacular. They are a new restaurant so I’m going to let their tardiness pass, our reservation was for 9:30 and we didn’t get seated till 10:15. However we got to experience their rooftop where the bartender, AJ, was so sweet and her drinks were amazing! House Pinot Noir isn’t the best move. Get the Mere Cumbre (Agua Ardiente drink) and the Madre Selva (mezcal) tho BOMB.

From the food we had Winter Squash Tetela (a solid 8) and the Wood Roasted Cauliflower (9/10) as appetizers. They were both good with a mixture of flavors and textures.

Entrees - two people ordered the octopus which comes with potatoes. Least flavorful meal and a little dry but well seasoned and still a 7/10. Carne asada was the crowd favorite 10/10 it comes with bone marrow which melts in your mouth. I had the wood fired branzino zarandeado 10/10 great dish which will leave you filled. It comes with a side of blue corn tortillas and lettuce to build the fanciest fish tacos ever.

For dessert we had the charcoal smoked panna cotta which is topped with peaches,
not my favorite but nothing was left behind by the table.

I definitely want to come back and see how they grow this business into an Atlanta staple.

This that were also enjoyed the music was perfect with some Latin house/techno. Decor was modern but warm. The staff was all well trained and bilingual. 9.5/10 would recommend.
