Silverlake Ramen

We live in the building and have eaten here a few times. We have had positive experiences. Food is ready quickly, good prices, and tasty. The Spicy Tuna Bowl and The Blaze are very good, and always taste fresh. We have not eaten in the restaurant, always takeaway. The interior is pretty basic, though they do have a small bar and a few tables outside. I didn’t rate it a five because that is for the absolute best, but it deserves more than a 4, especially for the prices.

Great food and so much more filling than anticipated! In found the noodles to be very "bouncy" ... It was a nice texture for the dish

Always get the pork bun to start when getting Ramen!!! Was the most tender meat and soft and sticky bun 10 out of 10. Got the Shoyu Pork Ramen for my main dish which was very delicious. I recommend getting puréed garlic with it to add a nice layer of complexity to the flavor. It is very hard to get the salt ratio correct in Ramen and I will say that it was a little too salty for me-Still giving 5 stars though because of service. The server was wonderful at checking on us and refilled drinks regularly.

We sat outside. They have a few tables outside which was super nice-Was very busy and I felt they were attentive. They also validate for up to 2 hours of parking which is great because the parking can quickly get to $7 in the first hour and then $3 every 30 minutes thereafter up to $18 max.

The food was really good, the price was nice, an it wasn't crowded. We were seated immediately and once we ordered the food came quickly. But we didn't receive much help. Our drinks did not get refilled and had a hard time getting the check. But I don't blame our server. It looked like they were handling the entire restaurant. I would recommend it. It was really good!
