Its a whole vibe. Our server was amazing. He was very polite and respectful. He was very attentive to our party's needs. Ja'hari you made our birthday experience wonderful and we can't thank you enough. The whole team was really awesome and did an amazing job! I can't wait to go again!
The restaurant is beautiful and unique. This is not just a place to eat and get dessert it's an experience. The restaurant was well staffed, they cleaned in between patrons and sanitized the chairs. My server was Zion. He was warm and open to questions, offered suggestions and was able to up sell us on more food. He came over just enough but didn't over do it. The only thing that I didn't like is the bathroom was horrible. Dirty, pamper on the floor, paper towels spilling over the trash and on the floor.
It was a cool experience. We went to celebrate a birthday lunch.
We had reservations so we didn’t have to wait too long.
Our server was attentive. It took awhile for our food. The drinks were worth the $40.
It was a great experience, beautiful restaurant. I will visit again
This place was very crowded, we did walk right in though. The service was very slow, we waited at least 15-20 min just to get a drink order in. Anyways we got the magic cotton candy drink which was really cool and huge! The other drink I ordered was the chocolate mudslide martini which was also great! For food we ended up with the Rainbow Sliders which came with a free rubber duck. The other was just the regular sugar factory burger and fries. Food was good too. After getting the check it was a little expensive for the little items you end up getting but the drinks for about $40-50 each were very large though.
