Just okay. Nothing special. Not sure why it's so talked about and raved about. Long lines for not really any reason. I did not find the tacos fish and chicken anything special. Kind of bland and simple. Two piece of meat and squeeze of sauce on one and sprinkle of veggies on the other with a tab of sauce. Just shrug of the shoulders for me.
It's just okay. Nothing spectacular. I've had better from other places in the Atlanta area. And a lot better from Los Angeles, Ny, Oregon and Seattle.
Not sure what all the hub bub is all about. Lines are long here so prepare yourself for that. I will note , It's my first time eating here. The food is absolutely nothing special and it did not make me want to go back. Stood in line for about fifteen min, part time outside. I highly suggest, don't waste time standing in line. There are much better choices in Atlanta that taste much better. The overall taste was just bland. I order a fish taco and a fried chicken taco. Lacked decent amounts of veggies or rice or beans. If at all. A small sprinkle of sauce on one. I don't get it. Its just not that good.
If you haven't been to Taqueria Del Sol, just get in your car and go. The food is delicious and very moderately priced. The restaurant makes for a great place for small celebrations and will not break the bank. The food is definitely above average, and the margaritas will definitely meet all your expectations.
Love this place very much! Such good food and very fast service! Usually a line out the door every time I visit but it’s for a good reason! Highly recommend the fried chicken tacos. Nice view of the Atlanta skyline and it’s in a nice location!
I have been to this place many times. They have very simple and short menu. But for the first time ever there were no lines during my visit (no complaints from me). We got fish tacos and enchiladas. They both were delicious as always. Service was very fast this time around as well. We were in and out in no time. I highly recommend this place if someone hasn’t tried it.
