Waffle House

This is a start to a new family Christmas tradition! We decided this year to try something new on Christmas Day. Instead of going to one of the typical stuffy restaurants with the over-priced prix fixe menu, we opted to give Waffle House a try. Amazing! The place was packed! “Shorty” was our host. He greeted us immediately and added our names to the wait list.
Once we were seated our server, Michael promptly took our drink order and was extremely helpful with our special requests and item substitutions.
The entire staff was full of holiday spirit and upbeat, which definitely added to the Christmas breakfast/brunch experience.
The hash browns were undoubtedly a hit amongst everyone in our group... crisp and perfectly seasoned!
From start to finish, we enjoyed every moment of our Christmas Meal. No doubt that this was the start of a new tradition.

I have been wanting to visit Waffle House for a long time now. If you are in the Northeast, it's kind of like IHOP up here. But if you get to Atlanta try Waffle House. Breakfast is amazing!

This waffle house was very nice. It was super busy and the employees were all very nice. I visited my first Waffle house restaurant back in. 1985. My district food manager at Kmart, wanted to show one to me, before I took over as a district food manager in north Ohio.
That first visit was just north of Indianapolis. My impression was that the concept was very good. So over the years, I have been in numerous waffle house restaurants.
Not all of them are as enjoyable. The concept is the same in every one. The difference is the management. If you have bad management, then the employees will destroy the reputation. Even though their tips will suffer.

This is a wonderful Waffle House, the staff is awesome, polite and professional. I love the early morning crew Lashana, Mike and David.. They have outstanding customer service skills... Go enjoy this location!!
BRAVO, JOB WELL DONE

For the price the food was great. Would have preferred cheddar cheese vs American. But for a Denny's style eatery it was pretty good. The server was over the top fantastic, though, and totally made our experience great!
