“The food was 5 stars (I got the blue crabs). They were seasoned well and the corn that came with it was delicious. The wait was long even though there seemed to be empty tables. The service was 3 stars but not bad necessarily. We had to look for our waitress several times for things like drink refills and despite asking for melted butter with the crabs when the order was placed and being told it came with it, it did not and it took about 15-20 minutes to get it after the food was brought. All in all, I would try them again.”

However, on the contrary, my experience was a very pleasant and satisfying one. I don't know, maybe it's because I did a carryout. Either way I have no complaints. Unlike other Papa Johns I've visited in the surrounding areas, upon entering the store I was greeted in a very prompt, courteous, friendly and cooperative manner from my arrival until my departure by Cashier/pizza maker who prepared my pizza. I was in and out very quickly as my pizza was ready in less than 10 mins. And not to mention it was prepared just how I like it. Also nice and cheesy just like I like it and very delicious. Was in the area today taking care of business. Again, my overall experience with Papa Johns Camp Creek Marketplace was a very, very pleasant and satisfying one. Wish this was my local papa johns as I would definitely order from there often.”

“Went here for the first time after passing by numerous times. The mushroom and Swiss burger was awesome and huge. Was asked by the cashier how I wanted my burger cooked and was given the option of what toppings I wanted on my burger and had so many combinations to choose from. Ordered onion rings, and they were huge and yummy. That secret sauce they have is awesome for dipping. The menu had a lot of choices ....awesome.....very affordable and filling. I will be making BGR Grille one of my “go to” spots. Customer service was friendly and attentive. It is an open grille, so there is somewhat of a smokey essence, but it’s not uncomfortable or unpleasant.....you owe it to yourself to check the place out if you are in the East Point area....”

“I went through the drive-thru and it was just not a good experience.it took awhile to have anyone acknowledge that I was there and it was the least enthusiastic voice that said anything. After I place my order and drove around, I was told that they didn't have one of my sides and they had no iced tea for my drink. When I got home the strips in my meal were the thinnest, been sitting around for a day and a half things I have ever seen. Rude service and leftover food is not what I expected but it is what I got.”

“We LOVE this place. Been going there for 10+ years. We do Dinner there with friends and neighbors every Friday night. It was always fun in the past (with the past owners) and as the staff did not speck much English, we always got something we did not order and it was ALWAYS GOOD. New owners now and it has just gotten better. They can run out of some things as they cook what they think they will need and when it is gone, it is gone (this is how you know it is fresh!!). It has gone from no one in there but us to being packed in the last 3 or 4 months.”
