    Good service. Friendly staff. Nice food selections. Fair prices.

    Usually this Krystal is all-around very good but this last visit was trying. The order was incorrect-- twice. The food was as good as ever but it took extra patience for us to stay until order was done correctly. We were given 1 free pie for our trouble although there were 2 orders. We'll go back but if the order is wrong then we'll reconsider whether to continue visiting that one again.

    I was a “dine in” customer here this morning around 9:15. The customer service was outstanding. All of the employees asked if I was satisfied with the food. The food was great. I have gone to other Krystal’s near this area and the employees were too engaged in personal conversations to take good care of the customer. I will drive the distance for the customer experience I received today.
