“The deep dish pizza was amazing!! The atmosphere and service could have been better though. The restaurant could have been cleaner - the front windows were filthy, which didn’t make a very good first impression. Once we were seated, it didn’t take long to figure out that either the air conditioner wasn’t working, or it needed to be turned way up. We were seated in a front booth, and we were literally sitting there sweating because it was so hot in there. The service started off good, but our waitress became less attentive as our meal went on, which was odd because there were only three tables in the entire restaurant with people at them. We waited about 10 minutes after we finished eating before we could get the waitress to bring us a box. Then we waited another 10-15 minutes before we could get her attention again and ask for our check. The wait wouldn’t have been so bad if it hadn’t been so hot in the restaurant. But, as I said at the beginning of my review, the pizza was amazing. Because it was so good, we will give Nancy’s another try. Everyone has off days, and I hope our experience will be better next time.”

“Excellent customer service. I visited on a Wednesday last week and surprisingly it was very busy. Our host was great (he was a ginger w blue eyes) as well as the manager Becky. She checked up on us a couple of time to make sure everything was good. In my years of going to restaurants I have never seen a manager as enthusiastic and kind as her. She is a great representation of Chilis. She always had a smile on her face from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I am going to add though that the food is quite salty everytime I go there and I informed Becky and she apologized and handled the situation for us. Thank you. Would highly recommend this place!”

“Still consistently Quick service with great food! Make the poke bowls like you want with the ingredients you choose. If you like salmon, try the Waikiki bowl. About the same $ as fast food but far better quality, very filling. Definitely a new go to place! Been there 40 times, consistent excellent food quality and clean! “I work close to this Smoothie King so it's very convenient for me. They're always busy and usually have a long wait time. On one occasion I waited nearly 30mins. The line was too long and kept getting longer. I strongly think they should add a 3rd person . My drink was okay,there were still chunks of ice that weren't blended . I had to go so left without asking for a new 1.”
