“Love this place!! It is in the neighborhood where I grew up. Anytime we are gonna be in the area in the first half of the day, we plan a stop here! The “creamy dreamy” grits are stupid good!!! Pancakes are delicious!! Bacon is great! And the little sauce like jelly is very tasty. I could deal with the coffee being hotter, but I’m a truck driver and I’ve burned off some of my tongue over the decades, so I’m not knocking them for that.”

“In Atlanta downtown on business and my wife and I wanted Mexican. Tried out No Mas Cantina and absolutely this is in my top 5 Mexican restaurants. Great ambience, everyone was very friendly. Our waiter Garald is super friendly and efficient and we will come back just to see him. The food was fabulous from beginning to end. I loved the spicy slightly smokey salsa and the margarita was great. The menu items we ordered were very tasty and unique....and our food came out in less than 5 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

The restaurant is beautiful, spacious and inviting, and the waitstaff, courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about what they recommend. I had a Mocha Tamarindo specialty coffee and one of their signature breakfasts, the Adios with a pancake on the side. Everything was delicious. I'd make the trip for this restaurant.”

I called to ask about Buffet prices since their menu is not posted online and actually received a call back from the owner himself! He was so sweet and courteous he game me directions right to the front door & explained all about his restaurant! The fried chicken is so crispy and the fish is good and fresh! The collard greens are literally off the chain!!! Their sweet tea is absolutely the best I've ever had and the service is friendly and attentive! Very quiet dining experience thankfully!”

“We went here before a football game and expecting the wait to be an hour. However, we sat down in about 10 minutes. Our server was very friendly and laid back but professional. Now here is the best part: the fried fish from the fried fish basket was literally the best fish I’ve ever had in my entire life. I definitely recommend this place and try the fried fish...but my other friends said all the food was wonderful.”

“Being from Michigan, I was visiting family and friends in Atlanta and wanted to stop in to Cafe ULU. Food was great, Had the Lemon cake and Fruit Tea. Service was wonderful. Ken and Thomas were very gracious in explaining the history of ULU which means Us Lifting Us as well as their vision for the cafe. I was excited to know that for 50.00 I could become a member and for 1000 I could own a share in the business. A business with a vision for the future of Black people. I have been following them since Cafe ULU was a idea to now the realization of the cafe and moving towards the cafe being vertically integrated. But for now their mission is to connect Blacks folks in Atlanta with one another around the idea of Us Lifting Us. I am going to do my part and you should too. Visit, buy, invest. help where needed.”

“Quick service and the food is always good. Would have rated 4 stars but my pic 2 chicken salad sandwich was the skimpiest I have ever received from Panera. It was very good but just a tiny portion of chicken salad on the sandwich. I usually receive a better portion of chicken salad on the sandwich. The half portion of strawberry chicken salad was very good with nice ripe strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and a good portion of chicken.”

“Great place. The staff is kind and informative. I'm so glad I finally stopped by. I always just drive by but they've got so much more than ham. I got the chicken tortilla soup and it was incredible. They also have sandwiches and desserts and sauces and sides and all sorts of things. It's like a delicious Thanksgiving dinner every day. Definitely going back to try their frozen ribs and pot roast. Yum! Highly recommended! They have tables so you can eat there or just grab something to go. It's quick and easy.”

The biscuits were dry, the eggs were overly made with grease, and the oatmeal pancakes tasted horribly and honestly mildly smelled like an old shoe. The service however was top notched! So sweet and warm. They welcomed us right away on a busy Sunday morning. They were fast and caring. It was my first time. I only wish the food was better. ???? “If you're a fan of chicken/tuna salad, this is a great place to check out. It's off Roswell Road and Cliftwood Drive on the corner of shopping plaza. Very small inside, but still charming and quaint. Menu is straightforward, (salads/sandwiches/wraps), and is reasonably priced ($12 for a chicken salad salad- it also comes with a side of veggie chips). Their salads are fresh, and everything comes with a piece of chocolate (with pistachios in them I believe) which was such a nice little treat. I believe this cute spot does mostly catering, but I think if I'm ever back in the area, I'll have to stop by to get some lunch.”
