“Bruster’s is always delicious! The workers are also nice and friendly. Nobody can say no to an awesome waffle cone with two giant scoops of frigid ice cream. “I love the ice cream and cakes. But we had poor service the evening of 5/10/23. All customers needed to wait twice as long since a girl, who was not on a break, continued to talk to her friend (left) for 45 min while boy (right) serviced the customers. He continued to ask for help but she ignored him. Ice cream was very soft that night… I imagine because the boy was doing everything.”

“Great menu selection of really unique drinks. Ordered a Caramel Brûlée Latte and it was really very good, also just a beautiful drink. Their bakery selection looked great and was priced well. I didn’t have any of their savory offerings but could see them warming things up in a skillet. The drink was the highlight and worth it, despite the high price, especially since parking is easy, and plenty of seating options outside and on the rooftop. Would visit again!”

“I wish they had an eat in restaurant! This place is great. We visited and the place smells delicious. I got some scones to go and didn't wind up waiting for a hot meal to go, we wanted sit-down. Having never been there before, we wanted to support local owners. We also got some lunches to heat up later. All in all a great variety of many foods and we will definitely be back! I loved the larger scones but they had smaller scones if you need a variety or a bunch for the office or whatever.”

“My friend and I came here for the first time! We live about 25 minutes away. We arrived, and walked on, and was greeted by a very sweet young man. Had a smile on his face the whole time. He seemed to be by himself. But the place was completely empty, spotless and super clean! He told us with great detail on how everything worked and what was on the menus. I got a build your own pie with blueberry, raspberry, blueberry filling along with cream cheese in it and cream on the top (which they put on the side which I highly appreciate). My friend got strawberry and blueberry filling and then I got an apple pie on the side. The gentleman who helped us also gave us a Sample of the pecan pie (which is chilled) which was very tasty! We finally got home and ate our pies. They are super delicious and made with love. I definitely recommend for anyone. And young kids would enjoy this as well!”

So, don't expect their coffee to be the spotlight with selections and options. It is, however, a nice pairing to their pastries. IV. CAPACITY There was a small line with a quick wait time for a Saturday, early noon. There's no seating within the shop, so don't expect to come here looking for a nice sit-down experience. You'll have to go out into the common area / shared space of the entire Ponce City Market.”

“Yes--- I found a new spot for desserts!! After having dinner at a nearby restaurant a friend and I decided to check this spot out for desserts. I called to find out where they were located and the staff indicated they were in the food court. I don't really know why this is considered the food court. It is somewhat behind Velvet Taco and below Bellyard Hotel. The staff was friendly and did a great job with service. After discussing the various items they sold, I decided on 3 macaroons. My friend opted for a chocolate dessert. We were given our items on plates and given a cup of water. The macaroons were amazing. I think my favorite one is the salted caramel. This will be my new go to spot for macaroons. My friends chocolate dessert was out of this world. The consistency, the taste. The freshness- everything was amazing! I am so glad I found this spot, I will be back!”

“AWESOME service. Everyone there was helpful. Sharing their favorite flavors with the customers. I tired the Amber Rose & Black Panther. I got the Black Panther. I wanted it as a sandwich on an unglazed donut, but they don't carry unglazed anymore because of lack of sales. 😮 So, I got it in a cup & it was AMAZING!!! Activated Charcoal in coconut ice cream with Vanilla cone pieces. I topped mine with vanilla wafers. The ice cream wasn't too sweet & the coconut was mild. It had a very natural coconut flavor and it was very creamy. Nice mouth feel. I felt like I was eating gelato, because of the creamy richness of it. This dessert was the perfect ending to a beautiful day!”

“Let me set the scene here- in our area, if you want coffee you can have burnt old coffee from a gas station or nothing. Until this beautiful, clean, new coffee shop opened up right near us. I mean, here I was, in caffeine withdrawal begging Monday to go easy on me. I look up and see that Fuel coffee is open, it was like the heavens opened up and said not today, today we will give you amazing coffee with amazing customer service. The pastries, my goodness. To anyone looking for a great coffee spot with a great vibe, look no further. Matt (super nice and professional) is there to assist, Angela and Dave, the owners are wonderful, fresh, and really figured out what the customers are looking for. I highly recommend.”

“I ordered salmon pesto pasta, Caesar salad, French onion soup and creme brûlée. This food was so good! I had it to-go but I still felt the love and authenticity 😊 The soup was slightly on the salty side but was still enjoyable. Salmon was glazed and charred; the flavors came together in an unexpected, pleasant way and paired beautifully with the cheesy pasta. Not too heavy either. Loved it, will be back!”
