    Our favorite local hangout in Ellijay! THE BEST football food, specials, service and atmosphere. We love the live entertainment and being with folks that make us feel at home. ABSOLUTELY love the experience at Freedom Tavern!

    Freedom Tavern, formerly Green Dragon, is a great place to eat! Chicken wings cannot be beat—they have so many sauces and will even mix up a new one just for you. Sandy is the best trivia host you will find!! She gives online hints and even tells you where some of the answers are 🤯 The beer is cold, cold, cold. Her servers are entertaining, too. Eat at Freedom the first chance you get!

    Family place. So watch your sports while kids play in game room. Best ruebens around. Went to hog heaven when I tried the walking dead chips app!

    I've been watching college and NFL games here for almost 2 years. The people there create a fun, family environment while enjoying delicious food. I highly recommend this place!
