    Sandwiches are always fresh and hefty. Staff is eager to serve with a great attitude!

    First Dickey’s visit. 1pm on a Saturday. Maybe 8 people in the dining area and nobody in line. It took about 3 minutes to get acknowledged that we were there and then roughly 10 minutes to get our food and they had to make one of the sides in the back that took more time.

    All of the food was average to good and the brisket was very good especially for a chain restaurant.

    There were only 2 employees there so maybe that’s why they were indifferent to the customers? Maybe someone didn’t show up so they were mad?? Idk but it was obvious and irritating. Something must have happened on our visit or they would not have a 4 star rating.

    Food was great definitely found my new bbq spot
    Only issue is the brisket is dry but everything else i got was good and the jalapeno cheddar kielbasa was amazing

    Employees all seemed happy to be here and were very helpful. Pulled pork and brisket are delicious and a good amount for the price. The cole slaw is good, the okra is deep fried, I prefer it pan fried with egg but, that probably isn't feasible for a chain restaurant.
