    Less than good customer service. We came in shortly after 9 and asked if we could be served. Hostess was friendly assured us no problem. We had to ask for bread. Turkey burger brought out with slice of cheese not melted $17. Steak medallions overcooked. Salmon dish good. Shrimp pasta dish ok. Server not friendly no greeting. 3 cheesecake orders no garnishments-we were told they were out of bananas. This place not what it once was.

    This was my first time dining at any Cheesecake Factory. My little brother took me for my birthday. I can say that I was very happy with the service and meal. The whole experience was great.

    Really good. My first time and I had the Gumbo with rice. One of the best I've had anywhere. Loved the cheesecake. Our party of six adults and three children for a birthday party was fun. Adults ordered different kinds of cheesecake and it was all good!
