We ordered half n half with original and spicy sauce. The owner was very nice and helpful. When I told her it was my first time there, she explained the level of spicy sauce and suggested their best menu. The chicken was very good and the spicy sauce had good kick to it. Overall everything was perfect! This would be my go to place for Korean chicken from now on.
We arrived and we're immediately greeted and taken to our seats. We opted for the original golden chicken (whole chicken) and the secret spicy chicken (whole also). The original had a great crunch on the outside and was perfectly cooked on the inside. It was not bland. The secret spicy chicken was not spicy at all. It was more sweet and garlic-y than spicy. Still, the sauce was tasty. I will say, however, that the chicken was a tad bit too saucy. The corn salad and fries were A+ too!
My daughter and I stopped by and was ready to turn around due to the sketchiness of the exterior. But I am glad we went for it. The interior is surprisingly clean, sleek, and modern. The wings are absolutely fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend the honey glazed, crunchy texture! Lastly, the people are so friendly and very accommodating. Try it out for yourself.
Saw the place while driving around and thought it was like the one in Koreatown Manhattan where you go in and pick ready made food at the entrance and pay for it, but it wasn't like that. It was a more casual dining place where you order food and wait for it at the table or in the take out area. Saw the 'soft opening' sign so I guess it's fairly new. There wasn't a line, got the half & half to go and the wait time was a bit significant but not too long. The dining area looks nice, doesn't look like it'll be too noisy to be drowned in conversations but Kpop was blaring but I'm not complaining. The chicken was really good.
Ordered menu: golden olive chicken (half), spicy sauce chicken (half)
Price: total $23. + tax,tip
Time: Sunday 5pm
3 people were dining in.
We were a party of two.
Wait time for food: 15 minutes
Observation: there were about 7-8 take out orders as we were there for one hour.
Great at first a few bites. Golden olive has a distinct olive oil taste that suits some but it wasnt for us. Spicy sauce chicken were good but couldn't finish it.
There were about servers and they were all attentive and nice.
