I have been eating at this location for several years. Service and quality have steadily declined. Which upsets me greatly because OTB has the best tortilla chips and salsa. Lately the chips have been inconsistent. I order the same thing every time and at this location it has come out different on several occasions. Supposed to look like the picture, right?
Do yourself a favor and head up to the Mall of Georgia OTB to get your chips and salsa fix.

UPDATE 8/11/19 - This location must have received a new manager or something because the chips and salsa were spot on and the service was great, too. The execution of the Border Sampler still doesn't look like the picture and they forgot the queso dip that's supposed to be with it. Server took care of that, however. I'm revising review from 3 to 4 stars. Keep up the good work!

I love their food and their drinks are good. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is that sometimes, or honestly quite often, the service or kitchen sucks. On the other hand, we've had excellent service. We eat at OTB a lot, and we are resigned to spotty service. I think if management did not require them to do a dozen jobs and they could just focus on their tables, it would be much better. Having servers make tortillas? Ridiculous. Even though they are delicious tortillas.
