Charming restaurant in downtown Duluth. Fresh ingredients and great flavors. We went here repeatedly for breakfast and lunch. Everyone who works here is really nice.
Great little bistro for brunch and dinner. Quiet during the day, get a reservation online if you want select seating. Great date place!
Food was fantastic, atmosphere is very nice. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great area today walk around and enjoy after dinner. Will definitely be going back!
Ladies from school, over 50 years friends, meet here about every 6 months or so, and we have been going to this location for years. It is a different restaurant now, but menu looked the same. My friends ordered a variety of meals, and seemed to be enjoying their food. I have to say, my food was really dreadful. The fried green tomatoes were DROWNED in some balsamic sauce, topped with a melted cheese that was totally unnecessary and the tomato basil soup was extremely dark, thick and, of all things, SWEET. I ate only 2 of the tomatoes, and less than half of the soup, and it was a cup. I have never once given a bad review, but this was my experience today. I hope it makes a difference, otherwise this restaurant will not last. Another lady sitting at a table nearby must have complained, the chef actually brought her out more soup. With a group like I was in, it didn’t seem like the thing to do. The wait staff was very nice, the clean up crew seemed to want us to leave.
I went to the restaurant for a meeting.
Being a group of people it's hard to accurately give a fair rating. Nevertheless the experience was really nice.
The building is very old so there is tons of charm. Located in downtown Duluth.
I ordered chicken and a side of yams. I can't recall the name, it was well seasoned but the chicken needed another minute of cooking. The salad was great. I wish I had another serving.
I can't talk about portions because I don't know if we got a small portion for the fact that it was a group, I also don't know the price.
If the portion we got it's the standard
then it's a little small.
Service was great.
Very professional staff and servers.
I wish it had not been meeting related.
