Craftsmanship from culinary perspective was excellent and above satisfactory. If you are looking for quality over quantity, this spot is for you. Quality comes with price but nothing to complain about. The ambience of the restaurant was modern classy to my taste. Ideal spot. I hope falling rabbit will maintain high standard for many years to come.
Falling Rabbit is everything an upscale dinning experience should be, inspired food, a highly curated atmosphere and a friendly & knowledgeable staff. The attention to detail was second to none, from the whimsical design to a thoughtful menu, and everything in between. While this is fine dinning, it's not stuffy and I felt completely at home in a flannel shirt with my one year old in tow.
My favorite was the grilled oysters- the best I've ever had!
Falling Rabbit has managed to create something that is unique that you won't want to miss!
I am very happy to review this place. I've been waiting for this kind of restaurant bar to open in this neighborhood. Very high quality food and drinks. Great service from staffs. It was only a second week of opening when i visited. They still have room for many improvements but overall they seemed easy fixes. I am definitely ready to go back here again and again.
I worked in and managed Canoe restaurant and Aria, way back in the day before my current career, so I think I know good food and service.
Very cool restaurant. The decor and ambiance is top notch. The area needed a place like this. We tried pretty much all the specialty cocktails, our favorites were the Old Fashioned (one of the best I’ve had), the Persephone (my wife loved this gin drink), and their variation of the margarita (forgot the name).
Food was excellent, especially for being open for just a week. The area is not used to this type of dining, but it’s designed with 3 course options, then dessert. All a la cart. Smaller portions (we eat too much anyway), with about 4 selections per course. The staff was friendly, adapted to us coursing food and adding food
Along the way; and the kitchen was FAST! Not in a bad way. Most new places take forever to get food out. Not here, our food was timely, hot and excellent.
The grilled oyster app Is unreal. I’m sorry we ate this first, because it set the bar SO high. One of the best dishes we have ever had.
The service staff was attentive, not overbearing. We never went empty with drinks, and had several staff help along the way (primary server with support staff).
This place is beautiful, food is fantastic, service excellent. Drinks were amazing. Best restaurant north of the perimeter, even being open 1 week. Hopefully as they learn and grow it gets better and better .it’s a small restaurant, so I hope I can get a reservation in the future when it is very popular.
Support local! If you haven’t had a chance, you should definitely make your way to Falling Rabbit in Duluth. The food is phenomenal and the craft cocktails are superb! The ambiance is stunning. Everything is just so cozy and inviting, from the lights to the seating, the silverware and glassware, it’s all breathtaking. Everyone is extremely friendly and beautiful. Such a great team and knowledgeable of what they’re pushing out! Definitely a wonderful place for a date night for all my lovely couple friends!
