Fumi Hibachi Sushi

Really enjoyed my experience at Fumi Hibachi. Great date night restaurant. The restaurant decor is beautiful. Our food was served quick and the food was delicious. I only removed one star, because our server was not at all great. She barely engaged, and hardly came by to check on us. I would still return just for the food and sushi rolls. They were superb.

**update: I went back to FUMI and once again was impressed by the food and the sushi. But the music..... PLEASE change the music in the restaurant. It completely ruined our vibe/meal. I don't know what station was playing but soft 90s pop songs are NOT what I expect at a Sushi restaurant. Not sure if it was because of Valentines Weekend, but I was not a fan.

Food was very good. Cook was fun trying to have us catch food in our mouth and entertain us while he cooked. A little bit more modern than most hibachi places. Would recommend and return.

Friendly service, clean and cozy tables, delicious food. I had steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi. The chicken was tough but the rest of the food was really great. We also had the Yami rolls which were good. We will return!

The atmosphere is nice. Occasionally you'll get a cook who is creative with his cooking tricks, but most are quick let's get this food made so you can eat it which I appreciate some days.
The fried rice is the best friend rice I've about ever eaten. The chicken, steak, and salmon are all great. My favorite is the steak. The vegetables are really good as well.
The salad is fantastic. Probably the best ginger like dressing I've ever had. Also the soup you get is good as well.
Lunch is super affordable so take advantage of that.
