Uncle Jack's Meat House

Came here one night with the guys to check it out. It is awesome! The bacon is a must try!!! I had the steak sandwich and it was perfect. Definitely huge and you won’t go home hungry. Awesome selection of wines, beer, and bourbons!!

In one word: Phenomenal! Service was second to none. They built rapport from the moment we walked in. Candied bacon - incredible. Octopus - best I've ever had. Both 35 and 100 day aged steaks - phenomenal. Great bourbon selection - try the Sweet Smoke!. Great evening!

This was our first time here. The bacon appetizers and chicarones was Outstanding! All of our sandwiches were delicious. Best ice tea and lemonade I have had in a long time. This is definitely a new favorite place to eat when visiting the area. Can't wait to come back and try some of their other items. Check them out!

Food was good and service was good as well. However, we made reservations a day in advance and we were first seated outside near the service door. We asked to be moved and they offered a better table but still outside. The inside dining area was not full and it is air-conditioned. Our visit was for an evening in August....in GA!! Would have been nice to have been given an option for indoor seating. Will not be rushing back but if a friend wanted to go we would not object.

If you're looking for a restaurant that is a little different with high quality food, this place is it. I have been there 3 times. Seafood pot was delicious. My husband's N.Y. strip steak was awesome. Bacon appetizer is good. Mac and cheese was delicious. The food is a little pricey for what you get. The lobster tacos were delicious but were 3 tiny tacos about 2 inches in size for I believe $10. Way too high in price! Ribs were o.k. Staff is very nice and friendly. Bring the prices down a little more, and I will become a frequent flyer!
