Panda Express

Fast food is too expensive not to provide a friendly and receptive service. PLEASE start training young employees how to interact with customers. The employee just looked at me and never said a word. I had to ask if I could place an order. Won't be back.

We’ve been to this location twice. They have good service from their employees, although they could do better on the portion size. The taste of the chicken and shrimp was good, however the rice in both bowls was bland on both our visits to this location.

Food was good. Everything was clean. Service was friendly. My only complaint is that the water from the sink in the women’s restroom was scorching hot. Steam was rising up. I couldn’t keep my hands under the running water. I could not let my child wash his hands because it would have burned him. An elderly person or anyone with nerve issues would severely burn themselves. I mentioned it to a worker and she just kind of laughed about it, so it’s obvious they know about it. I really hope someone doesn’t get burned. I tried warning.

This newest location in Grayson is always serving up hot, fresh food with little to no wait time. They are well-staffed and efficient!
They also have an amazing application (App) with a favorable points/rewards system for customers.

This is the best Panda Express I’ve been to. It was a very nice atmosphere. The server was very polite and has great customer service. The workers on Scenic HWY are very grumpy and mean. Here on Grayson PKWY are very nice helpful and customer oriented. I M changing my location to this one!
