This Salvadorian restaurant is a must try!! We barely discovered it and their pupusas are SOO good and authentic!! We got revuelta, frijoles con queso, and one of chicharron. Pupusas were around $3.25+ depending what you get. We also got platanos, and they were good as well. We also got a hotdog, but I will be trying their pan con pollo next. They have aguas de mango, Salvadorian horchata, guava, and one other kind. Would recommend!

As a local, I am very honest in my reviews. I admit, if you do not visit this restaurant, it is a waste of a trip through Lawrenceville. Would you like a refreshment? Allow me to elaborate on the symphony of flavors that Sabor Latino Salvadoran Cuisine orchestrates with finesse and authenticity.

From the moment you cross the threshold, you're embraced by an ambiance that whispers tales of El Salvador's vibrant culture. The culinary journey begins with their baleadas, a masterpiece wrapped in a warm, soft tortilla that cradles the heart of Salvadoran comfort food. Each bite is a harmonious blend of beans, cheese, and cream that dances on the palate.

But let's not overlook the libations—their house-made flavored waters, as refreshing as the morning dew on the petals of a flower, offer a delicate, yet invigorating caress to the senses. These are not mere refreshments; they are a plunge into a serene Salvadoran stream.

The home-cooked meals are a testament to the chef's prowess, a true homage to the hearth of Central America. Each dish is a page from a family recipe book, brought to life with passion and pride, and served with the warmth of Salvadoran hospitality.

Amidst the feast for your taste buds, the picture-taking station stands as a beacon for capturing the essence of your experience—a memento of the joy and the flavors that Sabor Latino Salvadoran Cuisine so generously provides.

And oh, the pastries! A sweet carnival, each more tempting than the last, beckons you to indulge in their flaky, sugary embrace. Accompanied by a cup of their rich, aromatic coffee, it's a pairing that could very well be the crescendo of your culinary concerto.

With a menu as wide and varied as the land itself, this establishment doesn't just serve food—it serves stories, experiences, and a steadfast promise of return. Sabor Latino Salvadoran Cuisine is not just a meal; it's a journey through the soul of El Salvador. Miss it at your own peril, for to bypass this gem is to deny yourself the very essence of gastronomic exploration.

What a treat! I was at the hospital across the street doing an in-service. I saw Sabor Salvadoran on google maps and thought any place with a 4.7 rating deserved a stop. Excellent Salsa Chicken (chicken stew), the black beans and rice (yummy) but the chicken tamale and the corn tortilla was the best I’ve had in years. They do not skimp on the servings. The food is handmade on site. I’ll be back whenever I’m in Lawrenceville.

This place is clean, professional, and DELICIOUS! Definitely recommend making a stop here. The steak putaco was ridiculously good. My husband and I ate in and it was so good we had to take some to go! The homemade drinks offered are worth trying. The Guava juice was very taste, not too sweet! We will be back.

These are the best pupusas in town. We drive over 30 minutes each way to eat the wonderful food here. Lots of great options and authentic drinks. The putacos (pupusa tacos) are heavenly! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The owner even gave my daughter a free cookie when we were leaving. A true gem!
