South End Smokehouse

Had a very good first experience with South End Smokehouse. Ordered the two meats (brisket and pulled pork) and two sides (collard greens and cole slaw) plate. I usually prefer pork over beef when it comes to BBQ but the brisket was simply outstanding. There was nothing wrong with the pulled pork...the brisket just kicked butt. It was somewhat like burnt ends but was also very moist. The collards were a perfect side for the brisket too. The pulled pork was good and went well with the cole slaw. Hoping to see these guys get their permanent location in Norcross going soon!!!

I got the sliders pork (spicy bbq sauce) and brisket (house bbq) with a side of collards. Delicious!!!! Yumm!!! What are you waiting for?

This group had a few times where they were at Stäge selling their food in 2023. Maybe you visited then. If you haven’t yet, time to come to Norcross and enjoy a future main stay in downtown Norcross.

Right now they are parked behind Cafe 45 in downtown Norcross on Fridays and Saturdays until their Chamblee location opens in August/September 2024.

Come on by! Enjoy some great wood fired/smoked bbq. (Menu attached) A few patio tables (dog friendly) and if necessary take your food to go over to Social Fox or Lillian Webb park with their splash pad for the kids.

We can’t wait for SE Smokehouse to open in Historic Norcoss! I’ve had the brisket twice, and I’m already craving more! The sides are perfection, from the vinegary German Slaw to the greens, to the creamiest Mac and cheese I’ve ever had, SE leaves you satisfied and planning your next visit. The hospitality from the staff is second to none, the perfectly smoked meats, the tasty sides….I will be first in line opening day!

I’ve had the pleasure of trying this BBQ twice in the last few weeks, and it did not disappoint! The smoked chicken wings were the best I’ve ever had, perfectly seasoned and juicy! The pulled pork had a crispy bark throughout that left me wanting more! The brisket was hands down the star of the show, moist and flavorful and just perfection! The sides can’t be beat, from the collards to the mac and cheese, it’s impossible to pick a favorite. Customer service was helpful and welcoming. I can’t wait for Southend BBQ to open its doors in Historic Norcross, it will become my go to spot for amazing BBQ and sides!
