Very friendly and helpful. Most of the places I go to are the same. Helpful and friendly, yes. But they really wanted to make sure you knew what you were putting in your bowl by letting you taste the toppings and sauces before adding it you your bowl. They understand for newbies it can be intimidating and you can easily ruin a bowl with some bad choices. Especially when mixing sauces. And for that I set them above and beyond all the other places I've been to. I hope to see boba tea as an option one day but that's just me being picky????.”

They have the six dollar menu and there's a nice variety of sandwiches on it. The restrooms they keep locked so you have to ask for the key to use them, and that's a good thing because it keep non customers from using them and messing them up. I eat here daily. I'm trying to lose weight like Jared did lol.”

“I have dined in before and my experience was great. At the time I was with a friend we ordered a glass of wine (which I don’t care for the wine glasses, they are short and small glasses), we ordered garlic bread with cheese and triangoli mushroom ravioli as a half and shared it (it’s plenty). By far one of my favorite plates. Tonight, I ordered to-go, I called and placed my order on my way there. Robin was very sweet over the phone (spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread), took my order hassle free, said it would be ready in 15 minutes or so. I showed up within maybe 10 or less and Robin was walking with my food up to the front, very nice greeting, food was super hot, very delicious, the sauce is perfect not to runny not to tomato like but yet has enough flavor. The food is a little “pricey” but worth it. HALF portions are definitely shareable portions because they are so big. This restaurant is more authentic Italian food. Definitely a must try to satisfy your Italian craving.”
