    I bought a smoker from royal gourmet a couple of months ago. After several great outings with it, the smoker would not come up to the proper temperature. I contacted the company by email and they immediately sent out a new temperature controller. After recieving it I tried again and again it would not heat up properly. I contacted them again and told them it was most likely the heating coil. They responded by asking if I would like a full refund or a replacement. I told them I love the smoker and would like a replacement heating coil. THEY SENT ME A COMPLETELY NEW SMOKER.
    Anyone who complains about RG's customer service is just dead wrong. I would buy another product of theirs in a minute.
