Chick-fil-A

4 years ago I moved from Boston to GA and everyone I met just loved Chick-fil-A. So of course I gave it a try - I went through the drive through where the line was ridiculously long yet moved more quickly than a shorter line at Wendy's or McDonald's. I ordered some food, and when I received my order, it was wrong. I received an immediate apology, a corrected order, and the entire meal comped. That level of customer service is unparalleled in any other chain restaurant and by itself would've warned them 5 stars in my book. But even more impressive is their in house experience. Every staff member is super nice, patient, and helpful. They are incredibly family friendly - there is a step stool in the bathrooms so little ones can wash their hands without needing to be picked up, they have disposable table toppers that the staff will help you put on the table for your child, and there are sanitary wipes you can use to quickly clean little hands before eating. Then when my son spilled the vase full of water at our table, they were immediately there to help clean it up. Even the staff on break at the table behind us got up to help us move our stuff to another take while they cleaned our table. Of course the food is also good and I love that I can always opt for fruit as a healthy side for my son.

Loved their customer service. So helpful and polite. The food was delicious and our order was perfectly processed which is rare today. Loved it.

This place makes great food.

However- the legendary attention to detail and service of Chic Fil A is lacking at this location. It was great up until roughly 6 months ago. (Early 2019)

Lines are slower. Orders aren’t half as accurate. Loss of professionalism. My wife loves this place and she concedes it just ain’t the same. I honestly dread the experience and only enjoy the food.

I just love this place. The service is always great. The staff is friendly and service is fast.
Food is delicious. Chicken is juicy , tasty, perfect.
Not one bad thing on the menu.
