This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Maybe the best. far and away the best I have been to in georgia.

Their food all has an extremely fresh, vibrant flavor. They use interesting ingredients, but their use always makes sense. Far too often restaurants will use fancy ingredients just to make their food sound fancy or pretentious. Never at Harvest. Every element of every dish I have had from them has a reason for being there. Every single dish I have tried has been extremely well balanced and unique. And their menu changes very frequently. I have no idea how they come up with so many perfect dishes. Even when there are minor issues with a dish, its positives are so overwhelming I can easily look past them. I'm not sure that is a comment I would say about any other place I have ever been. Their desserts are somewhat mediocre though. But everything else is just fantastic.
