Max's Place

We had a nice lunch there today. My wife and I both had the catfish fillets. I had Cole slaw and onion rings for my sides. My wife had a baked potato and Cole slaw. The potato was a little old, but okay. The sweet tea was very good and the pretzels with beer cheese we had as an appetizer was great.

Just good food. You will not leave hungry. I will testify that they serve the best country fried steak in Georgia (and I have tried them all). Making this a hard choice is their fabulous hamburger steak smothered in gravy, onions, green peppers and mushroom's Oh, and lest I forget, just great people running the show and serving.

The food is always amazing whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinner, Max’s will always have just what you want. The customer service and atmosphere is just as good. Me and mine will be eating at Max’s for life.

The Buffalo chicken sandwich was Amazing! Also had catfish for the first time and it tasted extremely fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Max's Place is know for their good food and good people and from my experience that is spot on! The food is authentic southern food and incredibly filling! Their menu has a wide variety that gives you plenty of options for whatever you're in the mood for that day! All the staff at this restaurant make you feel like you're family and it was the most "homey" experience! I will continue to recommend Max's Place to all my family & friends!
