Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Bojangle's has good food. With the exception of the chicken tasting reheated at times, I have no complaints about the food. It's standard. The customer service needs work. This location isn't old so I was surprised to see service go down so swiftly. My last few orders have been taken with attitude. My food was handed to me without one word being uttered. I had no clue whether or not everything was in the bag. I wasn't even thanked. On top of poor service, the health score has consistently been in the 80's. That's enough for me to cross this location off my list. Perhaps, someone that cares about the entire consumer experience will eventually manage this place. Until then, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I love Bojangles', but gosh do they get the order wrong a lot. It's always either the biscuit or fries that are missing. Also, sometimes they seem unprepared for the most basic orders. I ordered arguably the most popular option (due to its prominence on the menu) and was told that it would take around 15 minutes. Note that this was in the drive through. Of course, I waited for the food because it's always great--no matter what's missing. Honestly, this restaurant is a mixed bag. It will take a while and a little bit more to get your food, but it'll be worth it.
