Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Good food. I would've rated it a 5 star except they gave us different bread for the French toast. They gave us sourdough bread and it didn't taste right.

Service was good but the food is subpar. The meatloaf was cold and dried out, hashbrown Casserole which was my all time favorite was very disappointing. With the restaurant across the street offering the same Southern cuisine, you would think that Cracker Barrel would step up and make changes that would keep their customers loyal. That was probably the reason we could get seated so quick and the parking lot was not overly full versus across the street that restaurant had people waiting outside. I hope Management reads these reviews and makes the improvements needed to stay in business.

Beautifully decorated, delicious food, server was pleasant and quick even for a table with lots of people.
We waited about half an hour, which seems pretty fast for the number of people that were clearly waiting.
I had no problem with accessibility. Even in a fairly crowded store I was able to navigate and look through the gift shop with my walker, and they were refreshingly professional and appropriate about my service animal.

First time I've been in a Cracker Barrel in years. It wasn't very busy but it seemed to take a long time for a waitress to come to our table. One of the orders came out wrong so she said she would get the right food brought out right away. The rest of us went ahead and started eating. We kept being assured that the correct order would be out soon. Everyone finished and the other food hadn't come out yet.
To top it off they tried to charge us for the wrong food and the correct food even though it took so long we got it in a to go box. The meatloaf I had was actually pretty good. I will go back again.

This was by far the best cracker barrel I have ever been to. The staff was amazing and friendly. They went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. Our server amber was incredibly friendly. The food was on point and generous portions!
