    Good soft serve ice cream. Surprisingly the hot dogs and hamburgers are good. Friendly and courteous people.

    First, let me say that I really enjoy DQ and eat at several each month. But the one in McDonough has begun to slip in the area of customer service. The person at the drive thru is the only person you usually interact with at the restaurant, and it's that interaction that leaves the greatest impression of the entire place. Tonight the person at the window failed miserably. Or maybe that's just how she made me feel. I feel that anyone at the drive thru needs to be pleasant and say hello and thank you. Don't think I'm asking too much here. Didn't get either one. And then she tried to hand me 3 blizzards without a cup holder, which I had to ask for, and which seemed to piss her off. As she handed me the food, I said Thank you, and she proceeded to close the window and turn away. Get someone in the window that understands how to be an adult in an adult job or folks will stop coming to your place!
