Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Finally an Olive Garden that knows mostly what they're doing! Our waiter kept up on us and made sure we were enjoying our night. The food was better than what I've experienced at Olive Garden in the past, but still not better than some other restaurants. I would be glad to visit again.

Symphony did a good job. We came to this location, because the one in Morrow was having issues with their computers and put a halt to their whole operation. This location was much more inviting, definitely a reflection of the management.

Symphony was amazing! She held great conversation with us. Very down to earth. She made sure that we had our refills and offered that lemonade drink with the kiwi and it was great! We need more servers that know how to keep the environment warm, we will be back for her! Also, the management and host team was on point as well.

I always order the soup and salad, which as always fresh and good.
My lunch partners order the 6oz steak and the chicken Alfredo... The steak was not stellar. It is possible to get a well done steak that isn't dry and tough... However this wasn't one of those times. It was dry, tough and raw in the middle. The chicken was dry even covered in Alfredo sauce.
The tables are too small for four. It's crowed with wine glasses (they weren't removed even though we didn't order wine) so the salad bowl, bread sticks, condiments, drink glasses, food plates, and those empty wine glasses made for a truly crowded table.
The service was okay.

I previously rated this location with a complaint of the food that I purchased and returned to give the restaurant another chance. The Manager Brunette was so professional. She made sure that my dining (which happen to be my birthday) was to be handled from start to finish with great service and that it was. Ms. Brunette was very attentive in making sure the waitress who serviced my dining met the request of the meal choice. I will definitely be back and recommend this location because they know how to handle a mistake with apologies but most of all making sure customers are important and want them to return.
