I come 20 min out to this location once a month but today they where off the mark. Starting with Hostess, they set 2 groups down in front of us that was party of 2 and 3 but we where there first. We where a party if 3. Our waitress was great, but the wait on the food was too long. We arrived at 5:50 PM and left at 8:00 pm. They gave us a $4.90 & other ticket $2.90 discount, for the time that we cannot get back. We should have been more because the popcorn shrimp and regular shrimp missed the mark, overcooked. The only thing good today was the Long-Island Ice tea, and our waitress, was great. I enjoy coming here, staff is very nice. But this time, very disappointed.
Omg! For my first experience eating at Red Lobster they blew me away! I had oysters for the first time too, I'm not the biggest fan but I tried them steamed not raw I don't know if that makes them taste drastically different or not. But both the lobster and jumbo shrimp were fabulous! I wasn't fan of the salmon because I grew up on Alaskan salmon and it wasn't seasoned the greatest.
Crab fest. All though I thought the crab legs were a bit skimpy the manager took care of it immediately by providing me with more king crabs. She was very accommodating. The waitress was very nice and friendly however she was working the bar and tables so our meal did take an extremely long time to come and at least one person at my table felt their food was not hot. So overall it was a nice experience.
We come to Red Lobster for the clam chowder. It is the best we have found in Central Georgia and just as good as any we have had in New England. We like to start our lunch sharing the coconut shrimp appetizer. Service is friendly and prompt. Take a sweater. It is always chilly in there.
