Shane's Rib Shack

The teenage cashier with an attitutude towards the customers will eventually hurt this business. I have dined at Shane's for more than 10 years and they usually have great customer service as well as good food. The young lady at the register seemed to have some preconceived idea of me as a customer despite never having a bad interaction with me prior to this. She had a negative attitude with me, was respectful with the next lady and her son, but had an attitude with the older man after the lady who came in behind me, but tried to hide her displeasure. If this individual does not want to serve all the customers, she should work in the kitchen or get out of the service industry. I still give Shane's 3 stars because the food is good and I am a long time patron who will continue to go there.

Good tasty food the mac and cheese is not boxed, I got the BBQ chicken plate and the BBQ is good.

I have no complaints about this location. It's just not on a par with the original Shane's Rib Shack. Some of the food doesn't have the same taste. Overall, though, my experiences have been pretty good. The employees have all been mostly friendly. My food is always hot. My order is always correct.
