Bill's Barbeque

Seat yourselves. They'll get to you QUICK. Ordered rib plate with mac n cheese/slaw and big bbq sandwich with hush puppies/pickles on side (get more pickles that way). Food platters were great! A lot of pulled pork on sandwich. Add some sweet sauce and it's good stuff. Bones pulled out of ribs with no effort. Meat falls right off of them and the sauce is really good too. No complaints except for one
CON: Mild sauce is like tainted water. Maybe some experimenting to be done there.

The food is always fresh, flavorful and more than plenty. The staff are ready to serve and willing to help make your day better than before you walked in the door. Don't forget the pie!

This was the perfect end to a difficult day. The weather turned frigid then I walked into the warm atmosphere of Bill's BBQ. It reminded me of sitting down at the family table during an annual reunion. The owner and I made small talk while his staff took care of everything else. Quick service, plentiful meal and the pie. A selection of eight or nine varieties of heaven. Oh, the meal was delicious too.
