Chick-fil-A - Columbus Park Crossing

The market salad, Mac and cheese, and fries are better than any other fast food restaurant. The quality us exceptional. The service u s fast and friendly.

The drive through service is going down. I’ve been there 2 days in a row and my order has been wrong. Whoever’s is bagging the food is rushing putting the wrong things in the bag. Today I went specially for a strawberry passion tea lemonade I have had plenty since they’ve be in the menu. How they left the strawberry flavor out the tea???? I think they are rushing to fast for no reason. The customer service is great but the quality of the food preparation is slacking. I only reason I was going to that location is because the tea is the best, I guess I have to go back to my favorite location Bradley Park.

This location, opened January 31, 2018, has a beautiful, sleek design with the expected great service and delicious food. It’s conveniently located in the North Columbus shopping district making it great for a quick bite. There is outdoor seating as well. A great playground lets the younger guests run off steam and even has a “drink holding station” for white they are playing. A beautifully made center table is great for a group of say 6-8 people.

All Chick-fil-A are about the same. The food is good and they seem to strive to employ decent people with good customer manners. Yesterday I went through the lunch period drive through at this location. They had people outside taking orders, and other people providing your receipt and others delivering your order. They served a lot of people in a very short amount of time. Impressed by this level of service and organization. I suspect this is the process at all of them...but in any case just another reason to give a fast food place such high praise.
