    To understand what is going on the quality and portion size of food, and the overall service quality, you need to watch the a video from the YouTube channel, Company Man, called "How did Red Robin get so big?" This video will explain why the overall experience has been degraded to the point that it's barely better than some fast food joints. This Columbus, GA location is suffering from the same issues as all the other ones. I was blown away by how small (and uninspiring) the burgers have become and how few fries you actually get. It's too bad because this restaurant chain used to be one of my favorites. Would income back? It's unlikely

    Always a pleasant experience. Food is typically rather good. Drinks (adult) vary in taste and strength.

    I LOVE THIS PLACE. The food and service is on-point and the bottomless sides are to die for. I recommend the Banzai Wings and some crispy, scrumptious, bottomless steak fries. We go there every time I come to Columbus and it is a favorite in my family.
