She did not give me my receipt right away, either. I had to ask for it. However, the food was warm not hot, the service was fast. I would have given them a higher rating had my food been hot and did not have to ask fory receipt.”

“Speaking as someone who comes in regularly, I’m giving this a three because the food is always good and they keep everything very clean. The service isn’t necessarily bad but it is inefficient. You’re fine if you go when it’s not very busy. But if you go while they get rushed... you might as well go somewhere else. You’ll wait 20-30 minutes for sandwiches the line will get scrambled with people paying first then going back to add toppings, and if you order a hot sandwich, it will take a while for them to make it, and they may even forget to tell you it’s ready. (This has happened to me at least twice). So basically I quit going if I even think it might be busy. I think this could all be improved and hope that it will because the food is quite good and the potential for great service is there but right now, it needs a lot of improvement.”

“Standard Waffle House-excellent American Road food, courteous staff and good mix of customers (motorcycle “gangs,” middle aged and elderly couples, truckers). People from foreign countries wanting to see what America is all about should definitely visit a Waffle House. Limited seating, may be something of a wait especially mid Saturday morning.”
