“Usually I have no problems with this location. However, today I placed my order and was rung up. Then they start d helping another guest while I waited for at least 10 minutes. I’m not sure why I was rung up for my order when apparently another person had priority. UPDATE: today the shop and super busy but they got to everyone super fast! The staff was more up beat and energetic today. Such a better experience!”

“I was tired of studying in my room and on campus so I decided to try Panera Bread. I am very pleased with my experience. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and stayed there 10-4 studying. The other customers were not distracting. The music choice was soft yet pleasant. I will definitely be back.”

I got a coffee and requested some heavy whipping cream, the cashier was nice enough to go all the way to the back to get some for me. Other than that the blueberry muffin I got was just alright”

“My son’s favorite sweets place-when we drive by I hear “donuts donuts donuts!” From the back seat. The staff is always very nice to children and have given the kids multiple cheerful hats to wear while eating. Ample parking, plenty of good and decorative donut choices that children love. A nice place to visit after picking the kids up from school.”

“The cashier forgot to put my order in, and I waited 25 minutes for a bagel. That’s not the complaint. The shop itself was so hot due to the frequent traffic. By the time I left, I was ready to throw up. I apologize to the girl behind the counter because I snatched my bagel and left. I do not know how the employees aren’t dropping like flies without a fan in that tight space.”

“Where else can you get some sausage, egg and cheese croissants at 0400? We had an early flight and this was pretty much the only option that came to mind. The drive up was fast and friendly - the breakfast was hot and tasty. There is also a new location on Veteran's Parkway but this Manchester location is right off 185 and convenient to the airport.”
