Maepole Epps Bridge

Love the food! Fairly healthy and fresh. Try the crunchies! Dining area is okay, but would be better with shaded outdoor tables.

Maepole on Epps Bridge, is a 10 out of 10 in my book. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a clean, welcoming atmosphere and a friendly staff. The food is thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor and showcases a variety of seasonal options that cater to all dietary preferences. Today I enjoyed the grilled chicken with rice, a refreshing cucumber salad and green beans. The generous portions always leave me feeling satisfied and not heavy or weighed down. Maepole has truly become my go-to spot for a quick and convenient meal in Athens!

The service was great! The food was tasty the only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the Mac and cheese it was super dry and had a bitterness to it. Other than that I greatly enjoyed my visit.

Awesome all-around experience. Walking in, you are greeted with a smile from the sign atop the building, which is cool, but even cooler when the staff were smiling and friendly. Zac with a K, the manager, is a home run hit for this place. Treats you like your the most important friend in the world. I work for the railroad, so I am on the road and eating out all the time. This is by far one of the best establishments I have frequented in my traveling career. The food was healthy clean eatz with full on flavor. I was only in Athens for 8 days and ate there 5 times. That's how good the food was. Definitely check this place out!

Edit: I had the pleasure of eating here for their soft opening. The space is great! It has a very open and clean feel. I love the brightness that the painted wall art and colorful food trays add to the experience. Each of the booths has a conveniently located outlet. Not sure if they will have wifi here, but that would be awesome. The food was great, just like the other location. I used the opportunity today to try their vegetarian fritters for the first time. They were so flavorful and soft with just the right amount of crispy exterior! I definitely recommend them. I also got the sweet potato base, zucchini salad, and mac & cheese. All very good. Looking forward to visiting many more times as this location is much closer to me. The parking is plentiful and the restaurant located close to Trader Joe's!
